Training Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross functionally to assess and identify learning needs for internal employees and external channel partners.
• Create e-learning content using digital tools.
• Support in development and implementation of L&D programs that support the upskilling and reskilling of employees in line with business goals and industry trends.
• Organize engaging learning experiences using a mix of in-person workshops, e-learning modules, webinars, and on-the-job training. Coordinate with external training partners, industry experts, and certification bodies.
• Support the development of career progression frameworks, leadership development programs, and technical certification pathways for employees.
• Measure training effectiveness through feedback, and ROI assessments. Prepare reports and for leadership review.
• Maintain and improve Learning Management System (LMS) and other digital tools used to manage training content and employee development records.

Qualifications:

• BTech in Electrical / Civil strongly preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a technical learning and development role, ideally in the energy or infrastructure sector

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience in technical training for solar or renewable energy operations is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with a strong ability to engage and inspire learners.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of e-learning platforms, LMS systems, and virtual training tools.
