Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Training & Development Executive to lead employee development initiatives across the group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying training needs, designing content, organizing sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. You will work closely with various department heads and HR to ensure all staff are equipped with the skills needed to perform and grow. Key Responsibilities Identify training and development needs through performance appraisals, feedback, and consultations with management. Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business goals. Organize induction/orientation programs for new hires across departments and locations. Deliver in-house training sessions and coordinate with external trainers where required. Maintain training calendars, records, feedback forms, and training effectiveness metrics. Support HR in developing competency matrices, learning paths, and skill-building frameworks. Ensure training content is updated, practical, and tailored to departmental roles (sales, operations, accounts, etc.). Conduct post-training evaluations and prepare detailed MIS reports for management review. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization. Candidate Profile Education: MBA in HR / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar L&D or HR training role. Industry Preference: BFSI, NBFC, Chit Funds, Retail Financial Services (preferred). Key Skills: Training Need Analysis, Program Design, Public Speaking, LMS, MIS Reporting. Tools & Tech: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and online training platforms Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and leadership qualities.
