Trainer - Warehouse Manager

As a Training Coordinator in our company, your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing Training schedules & Training Plans. - Taking classes as per the schedule. - Communicating Training needs time to time. - Maintaining databases of all training materials, batch files of trainees & their Placements. - Coordinating Mobilization, enrolments & counselling of the trainees; creating a batch would be your responsibility. - Ensuring 100% certification of the trainees in the assessment. - Coordinating Candidates placement, updating the portal with the placement details; ensuring 70% batchwise placement. - Time to time reporting. - Handling other assigned tasks. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate with minimum 10 years (with minimum 3 years of experience as Lead) of experience in Warehouse operations or - Diploma with minimum 15 years (with minimum 3 years of experience as Lead) of experience in Warehouse operations or - Class XII pass with minimum 20 years (with minimum 3 years of experience as Manager) of experience in Warehouse operations - Certification from SSC in Domain is mandatory. - Detailed knowledge of warehouse operations management including goods receipt and dispatch, inventory analysis, maintenance and repair, budgeting, resource management, handling different types of warehouse, business development, and stakeholder engagement. - Management skills with good knowledge of IT and control systems in Warehousing, and reporting and data management skills. - Ability to read, write and communicate in vernacular language, Hindi, and English. - Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/post work to ensure competent, employable candidates. - Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team, passion for quality and for developing others, well-organized and focused, eager to learn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field.
