Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Ludhiana. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions for AI students, developing training materials, and ensuring participants acquire necessary technical skills. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training needs assessments, implementing training programs, and evaluating trainee performance. The role involves extensive interaction with learners to provide guidance and support throughout the training process.
