Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Deliver high-quality training materials, including presentations, guides, and course evaluations.
Coordinate training schedules based on requirements and ensure timely delivery.
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to specific needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in training and development or related field.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
