Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Trainer in Domestic BPO. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective training programs for employees.
Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Create engaging learning materials and content.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in training and development, preferably in BPO or customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design models is preferred.
Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
