Job Summary : We are seeking dynamic and experienced Freelance Corporate Trainers to conduct Soft Skills and Behavioural Training programs for corporate associates. The trainer will deliver offline classroom sessions (8 hours per day) focused on enhancing communication, teamwork, time management, and professional effectiveness. The role involves facilitating engaging learning experiences for participants across various skill levels Basic, Intermediate, and Advanced while ensuring measurable learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver impactful corporate training sessions on soft skills and behavioral development. Cover topics such as Business Communication, Persuasive Communication, Professional Etiquette, Teamwork, Time & Stress Management, and Execution Excellence. Conduct offline, interactive, activity-based workshops for professionals. Customize training modules to match learner levels and organizational objectives. Assess participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate with the L&D team to ensure program consistency and effectiveness.
