Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective training programs for new hires and existing employees across various business processes.
  
• Design, update, and maintain training content, modules, and assessments.
  
• Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
  
• Assess learning outcomes through tests, feedback, and performance monitoring.
  
• Collaborate with managers and team leaders to identify training needs.
  
• Motivate and engage participants to ensure an interactive learning experience.
  
• Track training attendance, completion rates, and effectiveness using reports.
  
• Support continuous learning initiatives and skill enhancement programs.
  

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 12 years of proven experience as a Trainer in BPO, Customer Support, or related fields.
  
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of learners.
  
• Knowledge of instructional design, training methodologies, and e-learning tools.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with digital learning platforms.
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with patience and adaptability.
  
• Graduate or higher educational qualification.
