Position: Cabin Crew Trainer

Type of Job – Permanent

No of Position: 1 (One)

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with Diploma/Certification in Aviation, Hospitality, or Cabin Crew Training

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years (Cabin Crew or Aviation Training Experience)

Job Summary:

The Cabin Crew Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to aspiring cabin crew students in accordance with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements. The trainer will focus on grooming, communication, in-flight procedures, safety and emergency handling, and passenger service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on:

• In-flight services and passenger handling
• Safety and emergency procedures
• Aviation terminology and aircraft familiarization
• Cabin crew roles, responsibilities, and regulations
• Grooming standards and professional etiquette
• First aid and customer service excellence

· Prepare lesson plans, training schedules, and course materials.

· Assess students through practical demonstrations, written tests, and interviews.

· Provide individual feedback and guidance to students for career readiness.

· Ensure training modules comply with DGCA and airline industry standards.

· Maintain accurate training records and student progress reports.

· Coordinate with the academic head to continuously update course content.

· Mentor students for placement and airline interview preparation.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
