Job Description

As a Trainer at Sanaa Welfare Foundation, your role will involve developing and delivering training programs to diverse groups. You will assess training needs, prepare support materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Additionally, you will mentor and guide trainees to help them achieve their learning and development goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver training programs to diverse groups - Assess training needs and tailor programs accordingly - Prepare support materials for training sessions - Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives - Mentor and guide trainees to support their learning and development goals Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and delivering training programs - Proficiency in assessing and evaluating training needs - Ability to prepare and utilize training support materials effectively - Strong mentoring and guiding skills - Excellent communication and presentation abilities - Capability to work independently - Relevant experience in educational and skill development sectors is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field Please note that Sanaa Welfare Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit company dedicated to empowering marginalized communities through skill development, education, and livelihood support.
