Responsibilities• Conduct sales training sessions for new hires and existing employees.• Develop training modules, presentations, and sales scripts.• Improve sales skills, product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.• Provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.• Ensure training outcomes align with business sales goals.
Requirements
• HSC/Graduate• Experience: Minimum 1 -8 years in sales training or sales process (BPO/Telecalling /Field Sales).• Strong background in sales with target achievement.• Excellent communication and presentation skills.• Ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
