Role Description

Faculty Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for:

Developing and delivering engaging curriculum
Conducting training sessions with practical, industry-relevant focus
Assessing student performance & providing constructive feedback
Supporting career growth through mentoring and placement preparation

Qualifications

Strong communication & presentation skills
Passion for teaching, mentoring, and career development
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or specialization preferred
Experienced professionals and freshers with potential are welcome
Prior exposure to career-focused training or GCC industry practices is an advantage
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools (LMS, HRIS, MS Office/Excel, etc.)
Ability to adapt teaching style for mixed-age and multicultural learners
