Job Description – Trainer (Lingerie & Apparel)

Position Title: Trainer – Lingerie & Apparel
Department: Training / Product Development
Reporting To: Training Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a young, energetic, and knowledgeable Trainer with strong exposure to the apparel industry, particularly lingerie and innerwear. The role involves conducting product and fit-related training, supporting brand initiatives, and representing the brand confidently across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions on lingerie products, including fit, sizing, fabrics, construction, and styling
• Deliver product knowledge and fit training to retail teams and internal stakeholders
• Support brand training initiatives, launches, and special projects
• Participate in media-related activities such as photoshoots, videos, training content, and promotional programs
• Travel as required for training programs, store visits, and events
• Work on weekends or holidays based on business and training requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective training delivery
• Maintain updated knowledge of lingerie trends, market practices, and consumer needs

Candidate Profile / Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in Fashion Design, Apparel, Textiles, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of lingerie / innerwear category is mandatory
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Confident, adaptable, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in front of the camera and engaging with media
• Willingness to travel and flexibility in working schedules

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in lingerie, innerwear, or apparel training/retail/product roles
• Prior training or retail exposure will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
