Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to join our team in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent training skills and experience in delivering high-quality training sessions.

Roles and Responsibility

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field, preferably in the CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO industry.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content using various tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
