Job Description

ECOMMERCE - CUSTOMER CARE.

WEBSITE + MARKET PLACE

· Manage Customer Calls and Mails

· All customer calls within the customer care time to be attended and addressed on the same day.

· All Mails to be replied with 24 hours providing customer solution.

· Customer who seek support on order placement to be guided and follow up with customer.

HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS

· Customer complaints to be addressed with 3 -5 hours.

· Coordinate with E-com team to ensure customer complaint is resolved. Follow up with customer to ensure the same.

· All complaints to be recorded and on a Monthly basis share report of frequently complaint area.

COMMUNICATION AND PRESENTATION

· Listening Skill - Listening to Customer concern or request and address the same diligently

· Communication Skill - Ensuring a gentle tone and good communication while addressing to customer. Address customers with their comfortable language, Tamil / English.

· Ensuring patience and ability to stay composed during customer escalation.

· Resilience—and the ability not to take things personally- developing an understanding that our customers do not mean it personally

· Persuasion Skills - Providing customer right information when required stating facts of what they want may not actually meet their needs.

CUSTOMER RECORD REPORT

· Customer call to be recorded on daily basis and shared.

· Consolidated Monthly Call Record to be shared - Mention against calls if any escalation requested by customer

SALES CONVERSION

· Ensure 100% product knowledge to guide customer the right product. Update oneself with all the new product features and benefits to communicate to customers.

· Learn and understand the products listed in website and other market place to guide customers.

· When potential customer is identified, persuade to have smooth customer buying experience. It should not be like forcing customers to buy, it should be understanding their requirement and converting the opportunity to sales.

· Share reports of Sale conversion made during the Month.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
