Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop training programs accordingly. Creating and designing training materials, including presentations, exercises, and online resources. Facilitating training sessions, both in-person and online, using various methodologies. Managing the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they understand company policies, culture, and job expectations. Assessing the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, performance assessments, and other metrics. Develop comprehensive training content for sales teams to enhance their performance. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives. Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to improve overall learning outcomes.
