· Coordinating with Registered Manpower Sourcing Agencies, NGOs, Skill Development Centers,
etc to organize 7-days Skill Development Program [Godrej Disha]
· Training of candidates on Appliance & AMC along with Soft skill
· Maintenance of Candidate Employability Tracker
· Training and development of existing manpower to increase productivity
· Conducting refresher courses
· Conducting Employee Engagement Activities to increase retention
