Job Description

Role - Trainer in FCs

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate CRTs & OJTs during induction for on-rolls/off-rolls
Conduct floor walks for new hires (1:30 ratio)
Deliver RCAs, refresher trainings & track 030 day performance
Partner with Ops on process streamlining & business improvement initiatives
Manage end-to-end shift activities, including deployment
Drive continuous improvement for mature staff (60+ days)
Participate in trainer certifications and maintain SME knowledge
Provide performance insights through data analysis

Must-Have:

1–3 yrs in facilitation, content development & instructional design
Strong communication, MS Office & LMS (e.g., Absorb) skills
Ability to analyze data & trends
Flexible for all shifts, OT, and high-pressure environments
Strong stakeholder management

Requirements:

1+ yrs in warehouse operations/training (preferably in large FCs)
