About the Client
New Hire Training (NHT): Deliver comprehensive initial training covering essential topics like Stocks and ETFs, Derivatives, Order Execution, German/European Trading Venues, and Major Crypto Assets.
Curriculum Design: Develop engaging and technically accurate training materials, including case studies on order types and execution failures used for screening, simulations of order discrepancies, and soft-skills modules focused on explaining complex financial topics clearly.
Knowledge Transfer: Conduct regular refresher and up-skilling sessions based on QA findings and market updates, ensuring the team stays current with market infrastructure and regulatory changes.
Assessment: Design and administer brokerage hiring test and post-training assessments to certify competency in core concepts like bid/ask spread and limit vs. market orders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in training delivery, with at least 1 year specializing in financial services, banking, or brokerage training
Mandatory Domain Knowledge: Must have hands-on experience or significant knowledge related to securities/crypto transactions and capital markets instruments, and a practical understanding of tax rules for various capital market instruments
