Don Bosco Tech is a network of over 441 skill training centers spread across 29 states in India, making it the largest NGO engaged in livelihood training in the country. The centers provide employment-linked, market-oriented vocational training of short duration to economically and socially marginalized youth. Don Bosco Tech's mission is to empower underprivileged youth with the skills required to secure dignified employment and improve their economic conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar pv installation Trainer located in Guntur West. The Trainer will be responsible for delivering vocational training programs to youth, assessing the training needs, and developing lesson plans. The Trainer will also conduct practical sessions, provide feedback, and monitor the progress of trainees. Additionally, they will ensure that the training provided is in line with market requirements and job readiness.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering vocational training and developing lesson plans
Skills in conducting assessments and practical training sessions
Ability to provide feedback and monitor trainees' progress
Knowledge of market requirements and job readiness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience working with economically and socially marginalized communities is a plus
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
