Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct end-to-end training for international voice/non-voice processes.
Develop training content, SOPs, and job aids.
Focus on soft skills, communication, and process adherence.
Facilitate induction programs and refresher training.
Coordinate with operations and quality teams to bridge performance gaps.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.

Candidate Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in an international BPO process (US/UK shifts).
Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring preferred.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Exposure to debt collection process is a plus, but not mandatory.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
