Child Developement Instructor: The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. We are currently looking for a Gymnast who would be responsible for facilitating and drive training for The Little Gym India. What will you do? He / She will be responsible for conducting the classes according to The Little Gym curriculum. He / She should be keen to work with children in fun and nurturing manner He / She has the knowledge of the English language or is keen to learn and take class in the Language. He / She is expected to talk to the parent in either native or English language to communicate the progress and benefit of the program He / She should be eager to learn, stick to curriculum and prepare before taking any class He / She should be a team player He / She is expected to call or interact with parents to update on their child’s progress and key milestones He / She is responsible for documenting Q3 assessment of each child’s progress on the classes He / She is responsible for documenting Sales Allocation and Petty Cash. He / She is expected to basic calls to parent and check for the child’s absentees What do we need? Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our gym programs, emphasizing how they can positively impact children's physical, social, and cognitive development. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate and relevant information to encourage them to enroll in our programs. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
