Role Description

QA Automation professional

corporate training programs

You'll be responsible for:

Conducting classroom and corporate training sessions

Developing and customizing training materials

Assessing trainee performance and providing feedback

Collaborating with organizational leaders to align training with business goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

10+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5 years in QA Automation training

Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium with Java, TestNG, and POM frameworks

Familiarity with Agile, STLC, BDD (Cucumber), API Testing (Postman/SOAPUI)

Knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic DevOps tools

Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Prior corporate or academic training experience preferred

Ability to conduct classroom sessions across multiple locations (Pan India)
