Location: Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000

Responsibilities:

Develop technical training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Create schedules, agendas, and comprehensive course content.
Prepare materials like presentations and worksheets.
Conduct engaging training sessions, webinars, and workshops.
Offer on-site training when required and report training outcomes.
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a technical trainer.
Expertise in modern training techniques and tools.
Proficiency in course design and MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Degree in a relevant technical field.
