Location: Adekon Management Pvt. Ltd.
Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Lead HR programs and projects with strategic insights.
Conduct research to identify challenges and provide solutions.
Advise HR teams on resolving daily issues effectively.
Assist in recruiting, training, and managing personnel.
Drive cultural change and policy integration.
Implement HR technologies and compliance systems.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR consultant.
Expertise in HR principles, project management, and research analysis.
