Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for student counselling and career guidance.
• Guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths.
• Maintain regular communication with students and parents regarding academic and professional development.
• Handle admission queries and support the admissions process.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative teams for smooth functioning.
• Maintain student records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Support campus placement coordination and industry outreach.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in counselling, HR, or student support services.
• Smart, confident, and well-groomed personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a student-friendly attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
