Job Description

To analyze training needs/performance gaps of the employees & Design the training material/module accordingly
To impart behavioral and functional training to the employees round the year at different locations across the country in adherence to process manuals and rigid training schedules
Improving training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques, making support readily available, integrating support with routine job functions.
Keeping track of all the training and feedback of the same
To analyze training needs/performance gaps of the employees & Design the training material/module accordingly
To Prepare training calendar, proper coordinate with various departments/Concerned authorities and successful implementation in effective and smooth manner
Train the Trainers
Provide Communication & Product training to new joinees
Practical demos to joinees

Desired profile of the candidate

Good communication & Presentation skills
3 to 6 years experience in a part-time/ full-time facilitator role/ Trainer role
Proficient with MS word, excel and ppt required
