Trainee Technician

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring the overall audit score meets the targeted values on a monthly basis. This includes documentation consent for all aspects including data privacy, dialysis prescription, medication prescription, and handbooks. Additionally, you will need to maintain compliance in infection control and take action on non-conformities within specified timeframes. Your role will also involve supporting senior technicians and clinic in charge in achieving efficiency and cost optimization goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure 100% compliance in documentation for data privacy, dialysis prescription, medication prescription, and handbooks - Maintain 90% compliance in infection control measures - Take action and close non-conformities within 7 days for operational issues and 4 days for clinical issues - Monitor and report on DRR and consumption - Support senior technicians and clinic in charge to achieve a minimum of 80% efficiency - Assist in cost optimization through proper utilization of consumables, electricity, water, and management of patient and staff roster - Ensure 100% adherence to lab entries, treatment completeness, and patient admission in EuCliD - Conduct quarterly patient satisfaction surveys with a minimum satisfaction rating of 4.5 out of 5 - Monitor patient dropout and transfer rates to ensure they do not exceed 3% - Report 100% of incidents as per policy to senior technicians/operations - Ensure lab compliance with required serology and monthly labs as per nephrologist's prescription - Administer vaccinations to patients as per company policy - Assist in implementing and achieving clinical KPI targets in collaboration with nephrologists - Conduct routine patient assessments - Maintain adherence to company policies on time & attendance, code of conduct, and compliance - Foster team camaraderie and a positive work environment - Achieve 90% attendance in training sessions - Ensure 100% compliance with work instructions - Attend all hands-on skills training sessions - Score above 80% in pre- and post-assessments - Participate in mock drills in hospitals with 90% attendance Qualifications Required: - Location: Faridabad, HR,
