Additionally, the role involves providing first aid, emergency care, and treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses, conducting pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments, managing employees with chronic conditions or disabilities, administering vaccinations, health screenings, and wellness programs, developing and implementing injury prevention and health promotion programs, educating employees on occupational health risks, safety protocols, and healthy lifestyle practices, and training employees on first aid, CPR, and emergency evacuation procedures.
