Trainee Recruiter

As an enthusiastic and self-motivated MBA HR Fresher joining the Human Resources team, your role will involve supporting HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - Maintain employee records and HR databases efficiently. - Help onboard new hires and coordinate induction sessions effectively. - Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, surveys, and training initiatives. - Handle employee queries promptly and provide necessary support. - Assist in drafting HR policies and procedures accurately. - Help with documentation, compliance, and filing tasks diligently. - Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related tasks seamlessly. - Learn and work with HR software (HRMS, ATS, etc.) proficiently.
