Role & responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals and professional networks.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing needs.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Ensure a smooth and timely hiring process aligned with organizational goals.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of recruitment processes and eagerness to learn sourcing techniques. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with job portals or social media recruitment. Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong desire to build a career in recruitment.
