i. Assist in day-to-day operations of the incubation centre.
ii. Manage scheduling meetings with startups.
iii. Provide admin support in organizing meetings and other events.
i. Maintain records of incubation-related files.
ii. Digitize and update records (agreements, compliance documents, invoices, etc.) into centralized systems (Excel/Incubation Management Platforms).
i. Coordination with startups for post incubation support.
ii. Coordinate communication between startups and the incubation centre for admin-related matters (related to operations and infra).
i. Track deadlines for agreements, renewals, and compliance submissions.
· Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or any related discipline from a recognized university.
· 1–3 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or documentation management, preferably in an incubation centre, academic institution, or startup ecosystem.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with record management or digital documentation systems.
· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain confidentiality of records.
