Experience:

As a Trainee Digital Marketing Analyst, the candidate will support the marketing team in executing, analysing, and optimizing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand On-page & Off-page optimization
  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, and dashboards
  • Generate

    data-driven reports

    and suggest improvements based on statistical analysis
  • Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives
  • Help manage social media accounts and schedule content
  • Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
  • Support content creation for blogs, email newsletters, and landing pages
  • Collaborate with developers/designers to improve website usability and SEO
  • Maintain and update online listings and microsites
  • Assist in email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion funnels using

    statistical models and visualization techniques

  • Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and SEMrush to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support

    dashboard creation, marketing analytics, and data visualization

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in

    Statistics

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply

    statistical methods to real-world business problems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Eagerness to learn and stay updated with digital and analytics trends
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, Mailchimp, Canva
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Hubspot, or Data Analytics tools will be an added advantage
