What You Will DO: Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to automotive dealerships. We are expanding our India operations and are hiring a Senior CRM Functional Consultant / Technical Project Manager to deliver complex CRM projects for international clients across Europe. Role Overview This is a dual-role position combining deep CRM functional expertise with hands-on technical project management . You will act as the bridge between our European client teams (including French-speaking clients) and our India-based development teams, ensuring that client needs are translated into clear requirements, managed efficiently, and delivered successfully. You will work extensively on complex CRM implementations with significant customization, integrations, and reporting, primarily focusing on Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
