Key Responsibilities:

Conduct pricing and sales analysis for assigned venues.

Own sales target achievement for assigned venue(s).

Manage selling accounts (Amazon and non-Amazon) including catalogs, promotions, returns, and day-to-day sales monitoring.

Handle assigned venue notifications (IP cases & account health management).

Ensure overall account health and compliance.

Prepare MIS reports and RMA for assigned venues.

Handle escalations effectively.

Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure product listings are accurate and updated.

Coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, customs clearance, and prepare relevant reports.

Qualification:

Education:

MBA/PGDM from a Tier-2 or Tier-3 institute (Preferably in Sales, Marketing or Finance).

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in brand management or e-commerce account handling.

Skills & Competencies:

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart (preferred).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel formulas, data analysis).

Proficiency in internet research, data mining, and product research.

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and written skills.

Problem-solving and analytical mindset.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in teams.
