Trainee Associate Consultants - Business Development

As a Trainee Associate Consultant - Business Development in IT Services & Consulting, you will play a crucial role in the full-cycle recruitment process and bench sales activities. You will be part of a dynamic team in Ahmedabad, working Monday to Friday in a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with hiring managers to define roles and candidate profiles for talent acquisition. - Source, interview, negotiate, and close offers in full-cycle recruitment. - Evaluate consultant resumes against market needs in resume screening. - Effectively market bench consultants to maximize placements in bench sales. - Build strong relationships with vendors, account managers, and hiring managers through networking. - Nurture existing client relationships and expand into new ones for client growth. - Lead the bench marketing cycle, ensuring quick turnarounds and consultant satisfaction in process ownership. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal & written English communication skills. - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities. - Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking. - Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving skills. - Individual leadership capability.
