Job Description

Trainee

Candidate Requirements:

Education:
B.Com, Bsc, BBA, BMS, or any relevant degree
Experience:

Fresher – No prior experience required
Basic knowledge of accounting and marketing concepts
Familiar with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Good communication skills and willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and work as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

Assist with daily accounting operations including data entry and invoice processing
Support bank reconciliations and financial documentation
Help maintain records of expenses, income, and other financial transactions
Assist in preparation of basic financial reports

Marketing:

Support digital marketing tasks such as social media posting, basic design work, and content updates
Help organize marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Conduct simple market research and data collection
Assist in handling customer inquiries and maintaining marketing databases
