Job Title: Accountant Location: 142/2B, Kuzhandaikuppam, Vilangalpattu Village, Vanamadevi Post, Cuddalore - 607105, Tamil Nadu, India Employment Type: Full-Time On-Site Work Required Day Shifts Salary & Benefits: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month Free food & accommodation Paid leave Job Summary We are looking for an Accountant with 1-3 years of experience to manage financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reporting at our Bio CNG and Bio Fertilizer Plant. The selected individual will ensure accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and efficient financial operations. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping and financial reporting. - Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and transactions. - Process accounts payable and receivable efficiently. - Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies. - Support budgeting and cost analysis for plant operations. - Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Email) and accounting software for documentation. - Conduct basic audits to ensure financial accuracy. - Work closely with the finance team to optimize accounting processes. Qualifications & Skills - Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. - Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email). - Experience in Tally or other accounting software is a plus. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage financial records and assist in audits. - Good communication skills to coordinate with different departments.
