Trainee Accountant

You are looking for a detail-oriented Trainee Accountant to join your finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, be proficient in Tally, and have good computer skills. This role is perfect for recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, or related fields who are eager to gain practical experience in accounting and financial management. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in maintaining financial records and preparing financial statements. - Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing procedures. - Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other statutory returns under supervision. - Generate reports and financial analysis as required. - Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. - Proficiency in Tally ERP is mandatory. - Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Basic understanding of taxation and financial regulations is a plus.
