Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Traffic In-charge in ODC/OWC Logistics. The Traffic In-charge will oversee day-to-day operations, including placement of all type of vehicles (LCV, Open truck, especially Trailers, etc.) from PAN India (especially South & West Zone), lorry receipt (LR) follow up, rate procurement from vendors, route planning, coordination of cargo transportation, optimization of logistics processes to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, supervising team activities, and maintaining effective communication with clients and vendors to guarantee efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate logistics operations and optimize performance
• Proven expertise in Operations Management for efficient workflow and resource allocation
• Excellent Communication for clear coordination with teams
• Knowledge of ODC/OWC logistics processes and safety standards is highly desirable
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation of minimum 5 years is must
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
