Educational Qualification:

Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) or equivalent in a relevant field.

Professional Experience:

Minimum 21 years of professional experience.
At least 5 years in traffic & logistics studies in the
Ports & Waterways sector
.
Preference for candidates with:

Operations & commercial management experience in Ports / Inland Water Transport (IWT) projects.
Expertise in planning & organizing cargo movements in the IWT sector.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Review and provide inputs on feasibility reports, DPRs, market studies, and proposals related to traffic & logistics.
Coordinate with Central & State Government departments, district administrations, and statutory bodies on traffic & logistics matters.
Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), manuals, concept notes, and schemes under the RWG project.
Develop methods to promote cargo movement and support stakeholder consultations & programs.
