Traditional Marketing Executive

• Offline Campaign Development: Design, plan, and manage comprehensive traditional marketing campaigns (e.g., print media, OOH/hoardings, radio spots, local sponsorships, and ATL & BTL activities).
• Budget Management: Oversee the traditional marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) for all offline spending.
• Vendor Management: Select, negotiate with, and manage external agencies, printers, and media vendors to ensure high-quality material delivery.
• Local Market Analysis: Travel regularly to target launch locations (new and existing branches) to conduct firsthand market analysis, competitor mapping, and geographical assessment.
• Execution Oversight: Supervise the physical launch and placement of marketing materials (e.g., supervising hoarding installation, monitoring flyer distribution) to ensure quality and compliance.
• Event Management: Plan and execute local events, promotions, and street activations to drive immediate customer engagement.
• Asset Creation: Collaborate with the design team to develop high-impact printed materials (flyers, brochures, posters) tailored to specific local markets.
• Collaborate with managers to establish budgets and monitor expenditures.

Skill / Expertise / Work background:

• Experience: Proven experience in a traditional or integrated marketing role, ideally within the [Industry, e.g., Logistics, Transport, FMCG] sector.
• Skills: Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Mobility: Must be willing and able to travel frequently for on-site market analysis and campaign execution.
• Experience level: 1 to 2 Years
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
