Key Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and potential clients to

  increase trading activity and transaction volumes

  on the platform.
• Execute and monitor client orders across multiple crypto instruments with precision and speed.
• Build and maintain

  strong relationships

  with active traders, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
• Leverage your

  network of existing broking clients

  and onboard them to the crypto platform.
• Provide

  real-time market insights

  and updates to assist clients with informed decision-making.
• Maintain client data, order logs, and ensure all actions adhere to internal compliance and KYC norms.
• Collaborate with product and risk teams to streamline trading processes and enhance client experience.
• Manage

  shift-based trading operations

  (day/night) to ensure uninterrupted client support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2–6 years of experience in

  broking, trading, or client operations

  with strong exposure to equity or derivatives markets.
• Proven record of

  driving client volumes and managing client portfolios.

• Sound technical understanding of trading platforms, order management systems, and market depth tools.
• Familiarity with crypto trading, blockchain, or digital asset classes is a

  strong plus.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with

  shift-based operations

  and working in a performance-driven setup.
