Job Purpose and Impact The Trading Execution Executive will apply detailed knowledge and basic understanding to support the team in the coordination and planning of complex import processes, customs documentation, shipping and receiving of foreign merchandise to ensure it arrives on time In this role, you will support the issuing of licenses and will help with monetary transactions associated with the import in a timely manner, Key Accountabilities Apply detailed knowledge to extract complex data for inventory, warehouse transfers, loading orders, quality, claims, demurrage and dispatch cases, Partner with the team on the maintenance of established relationships with related accounts, customers, clients, suppliers and other business partners, Support the execution of pre and post loading processes, Assist the process of preparation and dispatch of customer export orders and follow the flow of air and surface traffic to the final destination, Execute related activities, in compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations, Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff, Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent Preferred Qualifications Graduation with related experience Minimum three years of related field experience Good interpersonal and stakeholder skills required Disclaimer Protect yourself against recruitment fraud Cargill will not ask for money, processing fees, or bank information as a pre-condition of employment We are aware that unauthorized individuals may have posed as Cargill recruiters, made contact about job opportunities, and extended job offers via text message, instant message or chat rooms To ensure a job posting is legitimate, it must be listed on the Cargill /Careers website, Learn how to protect yourself from recruitment fraud
