Role & responsibilities Export Documentation Preparation 1.Prepare and verify invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, and certificates of origin. 2.Ensure all export documentation complies with customs, banking, and client requirements. 3.Prepare and check Letter of Credit (LC) documentation to meet international banking standards. Coordination with Stakeholders 1.Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA (Custom House Agents), and banks for document submission and verification. 2.Work closely with logistics, finance, and sales teams to ensure timely documentation. 3.Communicate with overseas customers regarding shipping and document requirements. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence 1.Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs procedures, and DGFT norms. 2.Apply for and maintain export licenses, certificates, and approvals as required. 3.Ensure error-free documents to avoid demurrage, detention, or financial penalties. Record Keeping & Reporting 1.Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical/digital) for all export-related documents. 2.Track shipments and update management on documentation and clearance status. 3.Generate periodic MIS reports related to exports, documentation status, and compliance. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Educational Qualification is Graduation International Business/Business Management/MBA specialization will be preferred. 2-5 years Experience in Export Documentation Good Communication and inter personal skills
