Executive Air Export Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end air export operations
including booking, documentation, and invoicing.
Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, and customers for timely cargo movement.
Prepare and verify all
export documentation
such as invoices, packing lists, airway bills, and shipping instructions.
Ensure compliance with
customs regulations
and company procedures.
Handle
customer service
– providing updates, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Generate and process
invoices
accurately and within the agreed timelines.
Maintain records of shipments and related documentation for audits and reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience in
Air Export Documentation
.
Strong knowledge of air cargo procedures, bookings, and customs clearance.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and documentation software/tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Immediate joiners or candidates with up to
15 days notice
preferred.
