Role Overview
We are seeking a Trade Operations Analyst to support and automate the lifecycle of exchange-traded data for our operations. This role is ideal for a technical professional who can build automated workflows to handle reconciliations, monitor API data flows, and ensure high operational standards in a 24/7 market environment.
Key Responsibilities

Automation: Develop and maintain scripts (Python) to automate daily trade operations, reconciliations and reporting.

Work with stakeholders to identify all bottlenecks and their causes. Coordinate towards resolution of such failed trades.

Data Management: Oversee the accuracy of exchange-traded data, including execution logs and order fills from regional exchanges.

System Monitoring: Monitor exchange API connectivity and resolve technical data discrepancies to minimize operational downtime.

OwningOperations: Ensure all trade and reporting workflows align with the strategy and operational requirements of the markets.

Stay updated on market developments and regulatory changes impacting trading activities. Take necessary action based on the requirements with all stakeholders informed.

Provide operational support to trading desks

Perform ad hoc portfolio analysis and project work as needed
Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in Trade Operations, a data-focused financial role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL is required. Experience with exchange APIs is a strong advantage.

Market Knowledge (Plus): Familiarity with the trading operational landscape of financial markets.

Preferred (Plus): Experience working with Trade Data or Market Data (e.g., order books, tickers).
