Tracxn - Senior Associate Product Manager (SAPM) - B2B - SaaS Product

About the Role:

The Product Team at Tracxn is responsible for the digital platform used by our customers - both internal and external.

The Senior Associate Product Manager is responsible for working closely with the Product Managers to plan and execute throughout the product life-cycle. You will define Product Features, write Product Requirements, work with the Design team, and Rollout features to customers.

Over time, you would be expected to grow into a senior role where you would mentor the junior team members.

As a Senior Associate Product Manager in a data-centric company, the ability to build cases supported by data is essential. While training will be provided, the candidate should be able to demonstrate comfort with understanding basic coding principles and utilizing API tools like Postman to extract and analyze data.

Key Responsibilities

• Take decisions - derive them transparently, defend every pixel
• Assist PMs in defining feature specifications
• Define use cases, propose solutions, and back up with research & data
• Collaborate with UX team to create designs and wireframes
• Writing product requirement documents
• Review and Report on Key Performance Indicators
• Manage the day-to-day operations in the product life cycle
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders - understand pain points

1. A mature thought process & clarity on why this role:

• 5-7 years of work experience
• A mature thought process - willingness to unlearn and work from 1st principles
• The ability to communicate ideas clearly through workflows, feature descriptions etc.
• An understanding and interest in B2B SaaS products
• The aptitude to learn and apply hard technical concepts
• The willingness to grow into a PM role and manage a team

2. Someone who is a hands-on team player:

• A collaborative approach as opposed to a consultative approach
