Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to engage with financial strategists and decision-makers, offering bespoke solutions for legal entity documentation and company reports. In this key role, you will cultivate meaningful connections through strategic outreach, identify critical business needs, and collaborate with the business development team to generate high-value opportunities that drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to clients to inquire about their needs. Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, acting as a first point of contact for legal document inquiries. Qualification: Assess whether the secondary clients require documents by gathering relevant information during the calls. Data Collection: Accurately log all interactions and details in the system, tracking progress and client requirements. Lead Generation: Identify opportunities for the Business Development team for follow-up, based on the need for legal entity documentation. Market Research: Keep updated on industry trends and needs related to legal documentation, ensuring calls are relevant and informative Reporting: Provide regular updates and feedback on call outcomes, lead generation, and any challenges faced. Key Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development or a similar role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage professionals over calls. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in using google sheets and creating client relationship logs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet during calls. Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Working Conditions This is a full-time position. Remote based working environment.
