TPM & System Manager

Job Location - Sanand, Gujarat

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate IATF 16949, ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 14001 (EMS), ISO 45001 (OHSAS), and TPM implementation across all sites, ensuring compliance and continual improvement.

Maintain and oversee system documentation, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Plan, conduct, and review internal and external audits (TPM, QMS, EHS, IATF) across all plants, ensuring timely NC closure.

Monitor and drive the corrective action process for audit non-conformities (NCs), ensuring effective resolution and follow-ups.

Implement and drive TPM programs to enhance equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and achieve Zero Breakdown, Zero Defect, and Zero Accident.

Promote a Kaizen culture, facilitating Quality Circles, Lean, and Six Sigma projects while organizing TPM & quality improvement competitions.

Ensure the effective implementation of QMS (IATF 16949) across plants, meeting customer-specific requirements and driving process improvements.

Develop and monitor EHS objectives, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 (EMS) & ISO 45001 (OHSAS) and conducting risk assessments.

Lead workplace safety programs, emergency preparedness drills, and awareness sessions to build a strong safety culture.

Drive sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, carbon footprint minimization, and green manufacturing practices.

Represent the organization on industry platforms (ACMA, QCFI, INSSAN, CII) and implement global best practices in TPM, QMS, and EHS.

Identify and execute CSR initiatives aligned with sustainability and regulatory guidelines while enhancing ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) performance.

Maintain a centralized database for audits, compliance, and performance tracking while preparing monthly & quarterly reports for senior management.

Organize training programs, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions on TPM, QMS, EHS, and sustainability to build workforce competency.
